If you love chocolate, this simple Prague cake recipe is for your taste. There is nothing superfluous in the ingredients. The cream is also the simplest and most delicious: condensed milk and cocoa.
It is necessary
- Ingredients for the cake:
- - eggs (2 pcs.);
- - sugar (1 glass);
- - sour cream (1 glass);
- - condensed milk (1/2 cans);
- - cocoa (3-4 tablespoons);
- - flour (1.5 cups);
- - soda (1 tsp).
- Ingredients for the cream:
- - condensed milk (1/2 cans);
- - cocoa (2-4 tablespoons).
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the dough. Grind 2 eggs with sugar (1 cup). Add sour cream (1 glass). Pre-mix condensed milk (1/2 can) and cocoa (3-4 tablespoons) - condensed cocoa is obtained; add it to the dough, mix thoroughly. Add flour (1.5 cups) and soda (1 teaspoon). Knead the dough, which is like sour cream in consistency.
Step 2
We bake the cakes. Divide the prepared dough into two parts. Pour each part into a mold (you can not grease the silicone mold, or grease it with melted butter; grease the tin mold with vegetable oil) and bake at medium temperature in the oven until tender. Approximate cooking time for one pie: 20-30 minutes. The result is two small cakes. Next, let each cake cool down a little, after which we cut each cake into two parts lengthwise, as a result, we get four cakes.
Step 3
Preparing the cream. While the cakes are cooling down, there is just time to prepare the cream. You can either buy the cream in the store (custard chocolate), or make it yourself according to the simplest recipe: mix condensed milk (1/2 can) and a few tablespoons of cocoa (to taste).
Step 4
Making a pie. When the cakes have cooled down a little, grease them with cream on both sides and leave to soak for 5-10 minutes. The cakes are soaked - put them one on top of the other and grease the cake on top and on the sides with the remaining cream. The Prague cake is ready.
