Fasting is a religiously conditioned tradition of abstaining from specific food and drink. To make it easier to fast, there are many lean recipes. For example, buns with herbs and sun-dried tomatoes can diversify the lean menu. They can be served hot or cold.
It is necessary
- - 600 g of wheat flour;
- - 300 ml of warm water;
- - 100 g sun-dried tomatoes;
- - 15 g of sugar, salt;
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
- - 5 g dry yeast;
- - dry oregano, basil.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve yeast with sugar in warm water, add sugar, leave for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cut your sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. Combine tomatoes, sifted flour, basil, oregano, add soy sauce, butter, foamed yeast, knead.
Step 3
Add warm water and knead a not tight dough. Put the resulting dough in a container, cover with a towel - let it rise.
Step 4
Roll out the suitable dough into a 1 centimeter thick rectangle, brush with a spoonful of olive oil. Roll the dough into a roll, cut into 3 centimeters wide pieces.
Step 5
Place the buns on a baking sheet and rest for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Send the buns to the oven, cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
