It is necessary

eggplants - 6 pcs; - pork - 1 kg; - onions - 3 pcs; - eggs - 4 pcs; - tomato juice - 400 g; - cheese - 100 g; - milk - 150 g; - greens to taste - 1 bunch; - sunflower or olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons; - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Wash small eggplants under running water and pat dry with a napkin. Trim on both sides, cut into 4 equal parts and sauté in olive oil. Cut the onion into thin noodles and also fry in oil.

Step 2

Pass the pork pulp through a meat grinder, salt and pepper. Add finely chopped greens to the minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Brush a deep skillet with olive oil. Place half of the fried eggplants crust down on the bottom and add a little salt to them. Place small pieces of butter between them. Put the minced meat in the second layer, then the fried onions. Pour thick tomato juice over everything. Lay the remaining eggplants crust up.

Step 4

Beat the eggs and add the coarsely grated cheese to them. Pour in milk and mix everything until smooth. Pour over the eggplant and place in the preheated oven.

Bake the dish for at least 60 minutes. Remove and cut into pieces like cake. Garnish with herbs and serve until hot.
