Tortillas with cheese, open pies or Adjarian khachapuri. Perhaps there is still a name for this pastry, but the most important thing is that it turns out to be very tasty and satisfying.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 600 g flour;
- - 500 g of milk;
- - 10 g dry yeast;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil;
- - 2 teaspoons of sugar;
- - 0.5 teaspoons of salt.
- For filling:
- - 400 g mozzarella;
- - 11 eggs;
- - 50 g butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour yeast into a bowl, add warm milk and 0.5 teaspoon of sugar, put in a warm place.
Step 2
Sift flour, add salt, sugar. Heat milk, add butter to it. Combine all ingredients.
Step 3
Knead the dough. Put to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Cooking the filling. Grate cheese on a coarse grater, mix with butter, add an egg.
Step 5
Divide the dough into 5 parts. Form an oval from each. Roll up the sides to make "boats".
Step 6
Fill with filling, bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove the finished cakes from the oven, pour two eggs into each and place in the oven for 5 minutes.
