Ingredients:

  • 55 ml of water;

Preparation:

  1. In a small aluminum saucepan, combine sugar, boiled water and condensed milk.
  2. Place the pot on the stove. The resulting mass should be brought to a boil and the heat should be slightly reduced.
  3. Cook until cooked for about 15-20 minutes over medium heat. To check the degree of readiness, you need to drop the syrup into a glass of cold water. In this case, it will be possible to observe the state of a rolled soft ball and, if you squeeze it between your fingers, it will flatten like a toffee. This will mean that the consistency is selected correctly.
  4. Next, remove the resulting mass from the heat and begin to quickly beat with a whisk or fork. The mass will have to thicken and may even change its original color.
  5. Peanuts must be roasted and peeled. Pour the finished nuts into the resulting homogeneous mass. Add vanillin there, about 10 grams.
  6. Then you need to cover the baking dish with parchment paper and put the mass with nuts there. Tamp everything well and wait until the dessert cools down.
