Ingredients:

  • 3 kupaty (canned raw sausages);
  • 200 g of cauliflower;
  • 4 potatoes (medium size);
  • 200 g broccoli cabbage;
  • 30 g fresh carrots;
  • 100 g green beans;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 450 ml UHT milk.

Preparation:

  1. Any baking dish will work with this casserole. It is better to pre-lubricate the metal form with any oil, and if you use a silicone one, then you do not need to lubricate with anything.
  2. Cut kupaty or sausages into circles. Put them in the bottom layer on the bottom of the chosen shape, distribute them evenly over the entire area.
  3. Peel raw potatoes, wash, cut into short strips, put in a second layer on sausages.
  4. Wash both types of cabbage (cauliflower and broccoli) and disassemble into small inflorescences. If you will use frozen cabbage in a package, you must first defrost it. Such cabbage is already clean and disassembled into portioned pieces, this is its convenience. Spread the cabbage buds over the entire mold.
  5. Wash fresh green beans and cut into smaller pieces, put in a mold. It is not necessary to defrost frozen beans, you can put it right in the mold, it is already cut as it should.
  6. The number of carrots shown in the recipe list refers to carrots that have already been chopped. For beauty, you can cut it with a corrugated knife. Place carrot slices on top of all other ingredients.
  7. Break a couple of eggs into a separate container and pour in milk, beat with a mixer until smooth. Salt the egg-milk mixture to taste, pour it over the contents of the form.
