A nutritious and healthy casserole with kupat, cauliflower and broccoli, perfect for an everyday family meal. Cooking such a casserole for dinner or lunch is a very advantageous option, as it will appeal to both adults and children.
Ingredients:
- 3 kupaty (canned raw sausages);
- 200 g of cauliflower;
- 4 potatoes (medium size);
- 200 g broccoli cabbage;
- 30 g fresh carrots;
- 100 g green beans;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 450 ml UHT milk.
Preparation:
- Any baking dish will work with this casserole. It is better to pre-lubricate the metal form with any oil, and if you use a silicone one, then you do not need to lubricate with anything.
- Cut kupaty or sausages into circles. Put them in the bottom layer on the bottom of the chosen shape, distribute them evenly over the entire area.
- Peel raw potatoes, wash, cut into short strips, put in a second layer on sausages.
- Wash both types of cabbage (cauliflower and broccoli) and disassemble into small inflorescences. If you will use frozen cabbage in a package, you must first defrost it. Such cabbage is already clean and disassembled into portioned pieces, this is its convenience. Spread the cabbage buds over the entire mold.
- Wash fresh green beans and cut into smaller pieces, put in a mold. It is not necessary to defrost frozen beans, you can put it right in the mold, it is already cut as it should.
- The number of carrots shown in the recipe list refers to carrots that have already been chopped. For beauty, you can cut it with a corrugated knife. Place carrot slices on top of all other ingredients.
- Break a couple of eggs into a separate container and pour in milk, beat with a mixer until smooth. Salt the egg-milk mixture to taste, pour it over the contents of the form.
- Place the casserole in the oven for one hour at 180 degrees.
