Thanks to the combination of heated and fresh vegetables, as well as juicy tongue and spices, you get a very tasty and spicy salad in the Chinese style. Black lentils fit very organically into this salad, only they cannot be digested - elastic grains must be added to the dish.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of boiled black lentils;
- - 3 pork tongues;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 carrots;
- - 1 sweet pepper;
- - 1 fresh cucumber;
- - 4 cloves of garlic;
- - soy sauce, rosehip syrup, fresh chili, vegetable oil, sesame oil, parsley.
- For boiling the tongue:
- - 0.5 cups of soy sauce;
- - 1 star anise star;
- - 1 onion.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse your tongues, cover with cold water, bring to a boil. Drain water, rinse tongues. Pour in fresh boiling water, add soy sauce, star anise, onion. Cook until soft. Cool the tongues to a warm state, without removing from the broth, peel from the films. Rinse the black lentils, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, let it boil for 8 minutes, cool in the broth, drain, dry.
Step 2
Rinse the vegetables, peel, chop the carrots into thin strips. Chop the onion along the onion, cut the cucumber without the middle - only the thick skin. Cut the pepper into corners.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the chopped tongue, onion, garlic, chili, half the soy sauce, and combine.

Heat the wok, pour in the vegetable oil, heat the carrots and peppers, the vegetables should become brighter, put the tongue on top, stir. Cool it down.
