- sweet wine - 1/2 cup optional;
- flour - 1 glass;
- starch - 1 tablespoon;
- eggs - 4 pieces;

Step 1
Peel the apples from the skin and core and cut them into 0.5 cm thick rings. Then sprinkle with lemon juice to keep them light, or soak in sweet wine for 10-15 minutes if you want to get a delicate spicy taste. Choose firm apples for this dish so that they retain their shape during the frying process.

Sift flour through a sieve and mix with starch. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat until firm. Collect the flour in a bowl and make a funnel with milk and egg whites. Mix everything well. The batter dough is ready, it will be quite runny.

Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and heat it until smoke appears. Dip each apple circle in batter and deep-fry for 1 minute until golden brown. Place the finished apples on a paper towel to absorb any remaining oil. The crust on apples is thin and crispy.
