Buckwheat - baked products made from minced meat and buckwheat, resembling meatballs. Such a dish is dietary, does not require a side dish and is suitable as a hearty dinner. It will pleasantly diversify the usual menu and will delight your family with its taste.

- - carrot;

Instructions
Step 1
Wash buckwheat, boil in salted water until tender and cool to room temperature. Then add it to the minced meat along with the egg and the onion minced through a meat grinder. Season everything with salt and pepper and mix well.
Step 2
Peel and cut the remaining onion into half rings, and cut the carrots into large strips. Fry them in a little vegetable oil. Then add tomato paste and water. Simmer for 3 minutes and then add a little salt.
Step 3
