Step 1
Make a dough. Put honey and granulated sugar in a water bath, heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add baking soda and stir. The mixture will swell and turn white. Leave the mixture to cool slightly.

Add eggs to the cooled mixture and mix well. Pour flour in a thin stream and mix thoroughly, knead the dough. It shouldn't stick to your hands.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Make balls out of the dough and lay them out. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, about 8-10 minutes. Check the readiness of the balls with a match. Take out the balls and cool them a little.
Step 4
Make a cream. Beat the condensed milk with a mixer, then add sour cream and beat again, add vanillin and mix. Add butter, stir until smooth. Chop the nuts with a crush.
Step 5
Line a baking dish with plastic wrap. Place 4 tablespoons on the bottom of the mold. cream and smooth. Arrange the balls and brush generously with cream, sprinkle with chopped nuts. Do this to the end of the form. Leave the cake to steep for 2-4 hours at room temperature. Then refrigerate overnight or 8-10 hours. Remove the cake from the refrigerator and turn it over onto a serving platter. Sprinkle nuts on the cake.
