Instructions
Step 1
Fruit salad can be multi-ingredient or very simple. Try a simple apple and pear dessert. Peel the fruit, cut it in half and remove the core. Chop the fruits into thin slices, put them in a salad bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice so that the apples and pears do not darken.
Step 2
Crush the toasted hazelnut kernels in a mortar. Whip the heavy cream together with the powdered sugar into a dense foam. Sprinkle the fruit slices with nut crumbs and top with the cream. Serve immediately.
Step 3
Prefer more high-calorie desserts? Make a prune and pineapple salad. Wash coarse prunes thoroughly and soak in cold boiled water overnight. Remove the swollen berries from the water and remove the seeds from them. Dry the prunes with a paper towel.
Step 4
Grind the walnut kernels in a mortar and mash until a homogeneous oily mass. Remove the canned pineapple slices from the syrup and pat dry. Cut them into small cubes and mix with the nut crumbs. Pound the mixture until smooth and fill the prunes with it. Place the berries in portioned bowls and fill them with sour cream mixed with powdered sugar.
Step 5
Fruit salad platter is also very tasty. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Sprinkle them with lemon juice. Arrange the apples in the bowls. Peel the oranges, divide into wedges and free each of them from films and seeds. Cut the orange slices in half.
Step 6
Peel the kiwi fruits, divide the plums and peaches into halves, remove the seeds. Chop the fruits into small cubes and sprinkle them and the halved orange slices over the apple slices. Cut the grapes in half, remove the seeds and add the berries to the rest of the fruit. Mix liquid honey with orange juice and pour over salad with this sauce. Sprinkle each serving with pine nuts.
