Step 1

Break 3 eggs into a deep bowl, add 100 grams of granulated sugar and mix everything. Add 200 grams of pre-softened margarine at room temperature and stir again. Add some baking soda, literally on the tip of a spoon. Anyone who wants to can add baking powder - this is done so that the dough rises.

Step 2

Add the grated lemon zest and instant oatmeal to the mixture. It is necessary to use instant flakes, as they soak well and quickly. Pour one tablespoon of flour here and mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Leave the dough to infuse a little, and at this time, start preparing the filling. Take three peeled apples and cut into small cubes.

Sprinkle instant flakes on the bottom of the baking pan in a thin layer, this will give a pleasant and very tasty crust. Put the first layer of dough on top, about 2 cm, then add the apples and spread them over the entire surface. Sprinkle apples with nuts and two tablespoons of granulated sugar.
