Preheat the oven to a temperature of 150 degrees. Oil a baking sheet and sprinkle with flour. Fill a pastry syringe with the dough and squeeze 10 centimeters long sticks onto a baking sheet.

Mix the powdered sugar with the remaining sugar. Sprinkle the mixture over the biscuits. Leave some of the sugar mixture.
