Put half the fish in a saucepan, then half the vegetables and 3 bay leaves.

Then add the next layer of fish, vegetables and 3 bay leaves again. Peel the tomatoes and grind in a blender. Add vegetable oil, granulated sugar, salt to taste.

Pour the tomato puree over the fish and vegetables. And cook over high heat for 5-7 minutes. Close the lid and simmer over low heat for another 8-10 minutes.

Prepare a spicy sprinkle. Chop the herbs, peel the garlic. Add a mixture of herbs and garlic, lemon juice, a pinch of granulated sugar to a blender and chop.
