Prunes are not only tasty, but also healthy. Even dried plums retain their beneficial properties. Prunes have a tonic effect, increasing efficiency. Baking with it will become a sweet, healthy treat.

- - 380 g of prunes;
- - 300 g flour;
- - 250 ml of apple juice or wine;
- - 150 g margarine;
- - 100 g of raisins;
- - 50 g of sugar;
- - 20 g of yeast;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of cream or milk;
- - salt, powdered sugar.

Step 1
Rinse the prunes, remove the pits from it. Boil prunes a little in apple wine or juice, then send raisins to it, you can season with cinnamon.
Step 2
Make yeast dough. To do this, stir the yeast in warm cream, add the sifted flour, knead the dough from these components.

Whisk the softened margarine with one egg, add a little sugar and salt, beat until a stable foam forms. Next, stir in the yeast dough into this mixture.
Step 4
Separate one third from the finished dough, put the rest in a mold (take a split one), oiled.
Step 5
Drain all the liquid from the prunes, place the prunes on top of the dough.
Step 6
From the remaining piece of dough, make small strips, lay them in the form of a wire rack on the prunes. Beat the second egg, smear the dough strips on top with it.
Step 7
Bake the German prune cake for 40-50 minutes at a moderate temperature (180-190 degrees). Sprinkle the finished baked goods with icing sugar.
