It is necessary

  • - dry red wine - 2 l;
  • - cognac - 250 ml;
  • - half a glass of sugar;
  • - cinnamon sticks - 3 pcs;
  • - ground black pepper - 0.13 teaspoon;
  • - carnation - 6 pcs;
  • - ground nutmeg - 0.13 teaspoon;
  • - half a lemon;
  • - orange - 1 pc.

Instructions

Step 1

So. The first thing to do is to put dry red wine on the stove, over low heat.

Step 2

After the red wine heats up to about 70 degrees, add to it all of the above spices, namely: cinnamon, black allspice, cloves, nutmeg. At this stage, you also need to add sugar to the wine and stir it until it dissolves.

Step 3

Now it came to cognac. We add it to the wine. We also add fruits pre-cut into half rings to this mixture. So it should be cooked on low heat for about an hour. If you think that there is not enough sugar in the drink, then it's time to add as much of it as needed.

Step 4

And now the drink is ready! We pour it into mugs and serve it hot and always with fresh oranges. Good luck!
