Sometimes housewives cannot pick up that one and only recipe for pizza dough, because there are a lot of ways to prepare it. I offer you 3 of the most delicious options.
Yeast dough
In order to make a yeast pizza dough, you will need: 600 g of wheat flour, 20 g of yeast, 2 tsp. granulated sugar, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 60 g of hot tomato sauce, 300 ml of water.
Make a dough. To do this, mix yeast, granulated sugar, 50 g of flour and 100 ml of warm water in a saucepan, mix the ingredients thoroughly, put the container in a warm place for 10-15 minutes, for example, near a battery or a gas stove. Put the spicy tomato sauce in a separate bowl, add vegetable oil and 100 ml of water to it. Whisk the ingredients until smooth. Pour the tomato mixture into the fermented dough, and add the remaining amount of wheat flour. Knead the pizza dough.
Unleavened dough
In order to prepare unleavened pizza dough, you will need: 250 g flour, 50 g fat sour cream, 200 g butter, 1 tbsp. l. granulated sugar, 2 tbsp. l. vodka, 1/2 tsp. salt.
Sift wheat flour into a deep bowl. Make a depression in the center of the slide, put sour cream, softened butter, sugar, salt into it, break chicken eggs and pour vodka. Quickly knead the unleavened dough into a round shape. Let it stand for 30 minutes, then roll it out and cover with the filling.
Thin dough
In order to prepare a thin pizza dough, you will need: 350 g flour, 250 ml warm water, 2 tsp. dry yeast, 2 tbsp. l. olive oil, salt to taste.
Combine flour, yeast and salt. Pour warm water into a separate bowl, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir well. Make a depression in a heap of flour and yeast and pour oily water into it. Knead the dough thoroughly, brush it with a little vegetable oil and place in a warm place for 30 minutes. After the time has passed, you can roll it out to make pizza.
