Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan to make the cake. Remove the zest from the orange and chop finely, squeeze out the orange juice. Mix the zest and juice with the chocolate mass.

Peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Beat the yolks with a whisk with salt, add baking powder, flour.

Combine the egg-flour mixture with the chocolate, stir. Whisk the whites and sugar separately until fluffy. Add portions of the egg whites into the flour and chocolate mixture, mix gently.
