It is necessary
- - lentils 150 g;
- - peeled sunflower seeds - 40 g;
- - walnuts - 100 g;
- - dates - 200 g;
- - cocoa powder (2 tbsp. l.);
- - sesame seeds (2 tablespoons) to taste;
- - brown sugar (1 tbsp. l.), optional;
- - coconut flakes (3-4 tbsp. l.);
- - some cocoa and coconut flakes for sprinkling.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak dates in cold water for about an hour.
Step 2
Boil lentils, cool and mash with a fork until puree.
Step 3
Pour seeds and nuts into a dry and preheated pan, fry for 8 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Then use a blender or garlic press to grind the fried seeds and nuts.
Step 5
Chop dried and peeled dates as well.
Step 6
Transfer everything to a bowl and mix thoroughly, adding a little cocoa.
Step 7
Form balls from the resulting mass, sprinkle with coconut and cocoa powder. Put the resulting delicacy in the refrigerator until it hardens completely, for about 2-3 hours
