Solyanka is a kind of thick and very satisfying soup. Many ingredients are used to prepare this dish. You can diversify your lunch meal with a hodgepodge of meat and tongue.
It is necessary
- - 3 l of broth
- - 2 boiled pork tongues
- - 200 g smoked pork
- - 3 pickles
- - 1 lemon
- - sour cream
- - 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
- - 1 carrot
- - 1 can of pitted olives
- - vegetable oil
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Fry chopped onions and finely grated carrots until golden brown. Cut the pre-cooked pork tongue and smoked meat into small cubes. Bring the broth to a boil and add the cooked ingredients - frying, tongue and meat to it.
Step 2
Cut the cucumbers into small cubes or grate them on a coarse grater. Chop the olives or cut into rings. Add the ingredients to the contents of the pot and continue simmering the hodgepodge.
Step 3
A few minutes before cooking, add the juice of half a lemon to the meat hodgepodge. Cut the other half into thin slices. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Before serving, season the hodgepodge with sour cream, garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges. To make the soup more rich, add a little butter to the contents of the pan while frying the onions and carrots. Olives can be substituted for olives.
