Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. To make salsa: Combine tomato slices, onions, peppers and cilantro with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper; transfer to a serving bowl.
Step 2
Heat the remaining oil in a skillet, add the fillet pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes, until they are lightly browned. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 4-5 minutes until chicken is done.
Step 3
Wrap the cakes in foil and heat in the oven. Serve rolled or triangular with chicken and salsa. You can also add cheese and sour cream.
