Chicken liver frying is a very tasty and, most importantly, healthy dish. It turns out to be especially flavorful when cooked with soy sauce, ginger and tomato paste.

It is necessary

  • - 500 grams of chicken liver;
  • - 1 tablespoon of starch;
  • - 8 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • - 1 teaspoon of ground ginger;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 bunch of green onions;
  • - 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar;
  • - 1 tablespoon tomato paste;
  • - 2 tablespoons of chicken broth;
  • - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • - 2 tablespoons of water.

Instructions

Step 1

Take chicken liver, peel it of films and rinse thoroughly under cold running water. Cut the liver into 3mm thick slices. Next, cut the slices into strips 2-3 centimeters wide.

Step 2

Put one tablespoon of potato starch in a large bowl and mix with water and two tablespoons of oil. Add ground ginger and salt to the ingredients, mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Put the chopped chicken liver into the resulting sauce from starch, vegetable oil and ginger. Stir gently so that each piece of liver is in the sauce. Leave it on for about twenty minutes.

Step 4

Boil chicken broth. Take a small bowl and combine 2 tablespoons of cooled chicken stock, soy sauce, granulated sugar, and tomato paste in it. Mix all ingredients well until smooth. You can make tomato paste for making the sauce yourself by chopping tomatoes with salt, sugar and flour in a blender, so it will become even tastier and healthier.

Prepare a skillet for roasting chicken liver. Grease a skillet with oil or butter and heat over medium heat.

Step 6

After the pan is warm enough, place the chopped liver in a ginger sauce on it in an even layer. Then turn the heat up and start frying the pieces, stirring regularly. Take two heads of garlic, chop them, add to the chicken liver and fry for another thirty seconds.

Step 7

Next, pour the prepared mixture of chicken broth, tomato paste and soy sauce to the fried liver with garlic, bring to a boil. Then simmer the ingredients for thirty seconds. Take a bunch of fresh green onions, chop finely and add to the pan, then cover the pan with a lid and remove from heat. Chicken liver roast is ready!
