- 150 g flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 250 ml mineral water
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- Salt
- For filling:
- 100 g of mushrooms
- 1 onion
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 1 egg white
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, mineral water, yogurt and egg yolk and let stand for a while.
Then we bake pancakes in a frying pan greased with butter.
Step 2
For the filling, cut mushrooms and onions into strips. Then fry them until golden brown in butter. Add finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper and remove from heat. Beat the egg white and mix with the filling.
Step 3
