Instant pickled mushrooms

To prepare champignons, prepare the ingredients:

- 350 g of champignons;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 2, 5 tbsp. white wine vinegar;

- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil;

- 2 bay leaves;

- peppercorns;

- 1 tsp Sahara;

- greens (parsley, dill);

- spices;

- salt to taste.

Garnish with aromatic fried potatoes or mashed potatoes.

First, rinse the mushrooms thoroughly, put them on a clean table so that they dry out a little. Then cut them into small cubes. Peel the garlic, pass through the garlic press. Rinse the herbs and chop.

Put the mushrooms in a frying pan, pour in the vinegar, salt, add pepper and cloves. Drizzle with vegetable oil and sugar. Mix well. Put the resulting mass on low heat, cover with a lid, bring it to a boil.

Once the marinade has boiled, time it and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add chopped herbs and garlic over time. Stir, cover and hold for 2 minutes. If you wish, you can add the spices you like to the dish. Cool the ready-made mushrooms and serve.

Champignons marinated in Korean

To prepare this mouth-watering dish, you will need the following products:

- 330 g of champignons;

- 3 tbsp. vinegar;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 1, 5 tbsp. soy sauce;

- 1/4 Art. vegetable oil;

- 15 g sesame;

- 3 pcs. bay leaves;

- 1/3 tsp ground coriander;

- 1/2 tablespoon cumin;

- a little of any greenery;

- salt;

- pepper.

Rinse the mushrooms, put in a saucepan with water, salt a little and boil. When the mushrooms are ready, carefully drain the water and discard them in a colander, cut into slices.

Start preparing the marinade. Wash the herbs, chop finely. Peel and chop the garlic. Lightly brown the sesame seeds in a dry skillet.

Pour vegetable oil into a separate frying pan, pour in herbs, garlic, pepper, add aromatic soy sauce, pepper. Then put the mushrooms on to all the components, pour in the vinegar, put the bay leaf, pour in the cumin and coriander. Stir, add sesame seeds.

Bring the marinade to a boil, simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. When the stewing process is over, put the mushrooms in a deep bowl and refrigerate for 12 hours.

Pickled champignons for the winter

To prepare pickled champignons, you need the following ingredients:

- 1.5 kg of mushrooms;

- 130 ml of 9% vinegar;

- 2 bay leaves;

- a little citric acid (on the tip of a teaspoon);

- 2, 5 tbsp. granulated sugar;

- 1, 5 tbsp. salt;

- 4 cloves of garlic;

- 3.5 liters of water;

- 5 pieces. peppercorns.

Store pickled mushrooms in a glass jar and cool.

Wash the champignons, cut into small slices. Put them in a saucepan, pour in water, so that the mushrooms rise. Add citric acid and salt. Bring the contents of the saucepan to a boil, add granulated sugar. Cook for 1, 5 hours over low heat.

About 10 minutes before cooking, add the following ingredients to a saucepan: peeled and minced garlic, pepper, bay leaf, and seasonings as desired.

Pour in the vinegar 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Then put the ready-made mushrooms in jars, fill with brine, close with tight lids, change and wrap up (sterilize glass jars first).
