Step 1
Rinse the veal well, dry, cut into medium-sized pieces. Peel the onion, cut into cubes. Beat eggs with milk and mayonnaise, salt. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Pepper the meat, salt, fry in vegetable oil with onions until golden brown, put in pots, pour the omelet mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Cover the finished pots with lids and put in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 160-180 degrees.
