It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 1 tbsp. flour;
- - 2 pcs. eggs;
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- For the custard:
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour;
- - 0, 5 tbsp. sugar;
- - 1 glass of milk;
- - vanillin;
- - 100 g of butter;
Instructions
Step 1
Mix eggs with sugar, add flour. You should get a thin dough.
Step 2
After greasing a baking sheet with oil, sprinkle with flour and spoon out the dough. The dough should spread a little, flatten the dough cakes with a spoon.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven. Roll up the cakes while still hot, otherwise they may break when cooled down.
Step 4
Make a custard. Mix sugar with flour, add an egg, mix thoroughly. Pour a glass of warm milk into the mixture, stir and put on fire. Cook over low heat, stirring all the time until it thickens, when the cream begins to bubble - it is ready.
Step 5
Add vanillin and softened butter to the cooled cream. Whisk until smooth and refrigerate.
Step 6
Using a pastry syringe, fill the biscuit cakes with the cream.
