Beetroot salad with prunes

Ingredients:

Mix oil, garlic, lemon juice and dry ingredients. Season the salad.

When serving, you can add herbs.

Chicken and pineapple salad

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 200 g;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • canned pineapples - 300 g;
  • dill - 15 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • sour cream - 200 g;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • canned corn - 1 can;
  • salt pepper.

Equipment: stove, saucepan, garlic press, knife, cutting board.

Boil the chicken breast by adding peppercorns to the broth. Divide the finished chicken along the fibers, cut into pieces. Cut pineapples into cubes. Boil eggs, chop. Mix all ingredients.

In a bowl, mix sour cream and crushed garlic, season with salt. Pour this sauce over the salad, sprinkle with cheese and dill on top.

  • green bell peppers - 100 g;
  • tomatoes - 100 g;
  • canned red beans - 200 g;
  • canned corn - 150 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons l.;
  • parsley - 50 g;
  • vinegar, honey, mustard, salt.

Equipment: stove, saucepan, knife, cutting board, salad dish.

Cook chicken fillet. Dice chicken, tomatoes, bell peppers. Chop the onion so that it is not felt in the finished dish. Add beans and corn.

Chop parsley and garlic, add oil, add mustard, honey and vinegar. You can regulate the sweetness of the salad with honey. Season salad with spicy sauce, mix. For a spicier dish, add pepper and fresh ginger.
