It is necessary

    • 0.5 kg of meat or prepared minced meat;
    • 2 large onions;
    • crumb of black bread;
    • 1 large carrot;
    • 1 meaty tomato;
    • 2 cloves of garlic;
    • 1 tbsp. milk;
    • 1 egg;
    • vegetable oil;
    • flour or bread crumbs;
    • salt
    • spice;
    • jusai;
    • adjika;
    • cheese.

Instructions

Step 1

Twist the meat in a meat grinder. For cutlets, a mixture of greasy veined pork and beef is best. Chop one onion after the meat through a meat grinder. If you don't have a meat grinder at hand, use ready-made store mince.

Step 2

Soak the bread in hot milk. Finely chop the garlic or pass through a garlic press. Cut the carrots into strips.

Step 3

Squeeze the bread pulp well. Combine the minced meat, onion, breadcrumb, garlic and half of the carrots. Break an egg into a mass, salt, add spices.

Step 4

Mix well and knead the minced meat. Put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the sauce.

Step 5

Cut the tomato into several slices. Finely chop the onion and jusai. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Saute the onions in it until slightly golden brown. Then add the tomato and leftover carrots.

Step 6

If the vegetables don't have enough juice, add a little water to the pan. Salt, add jusai, adjika and spices. After 3-5 minutes, remove the sauce from the stove and pour it onto a baking sheet or into a baking dish.

Step 7

Make medium-sized cutlets from minced meat, for example, round or oblong. Wrap a small piece of hard cheese in the middle of each.

Step 8

Dip the cutlets in flour and place in the sauce. Try to keep the meatballs away from each other.

Step 9

Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180-200 ° C. Bake for 30-40 minutes. From time to time, you can pour the sauce on top of the cutlets.

Step 10

When the patties are browned, gently pierce one of them with a toothpick or press lightly with a knife. If clear juice is released from the meat treat, the dish is ready.

Step 11

As a side dish with cutlets, mashed potatoes, boiled rice, beans, lentils or fresh vegetable salad will go well.
