    • bitter chocolate - 200 g;
    • whiskey 2 tablespoons;
    • cream 35% fat - 60 ml;
    • butter - 30 g;
    • walnuts - 50 g;
    • white chocolate - 30 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Break the dark chocolate into small pieces. Prepare a water bath and melt the chocolate in it. Cover the container with already melted chocolate with a napkin or towel and leave to stand at room temperature.

Step 2

Whisk in cream, add softened butter. Stir until the mixture is smooth.

Step 3

Stir constantly, pour the melted chocolate in a thin stream into the creamy mass. Add whiskey. Stir.

Step 4

Whisk the mixture.

Chop the walnuts and add to the previously prepared mass.

Put the resulting workpiece in the refrigerator for 1 hour. During this time, the mass should become dense, but at the same time plastic enough for sculpting.

Separate part of the prepared mass with a teaspoon and form a ball from it with your hands.

Grate white chocolate to make chocolate chips. Roll each prepared ball in these shavings and place them in paper molds.

If you have a small amount of infant formula left or the child refused to eat the already purchased one, do not rush to throw it away - it can make delicious truffle candies. To do this: - Pour 2.5 cups of sugar into a saucepan, add 3-4 tbsp. cocoa, ¾ st. milk, 50 g butter; - put the pan on a low heat and cook the resulting mixture, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves; - remove the pan from the heat and cool the resulting mixture; - gradually add 4 cups of milk mixture until the mass is becomes viscous - it will become difficult for you to interfere with a spoon; - form balls from the mass, roll them in the mixture, slightly moisten them with water and roll in coconut chips or waffle chips to your taste.

Refrigerate for at least 1.5 hours.
