Seafood soups are very relevant today, healthy and easy to prepare. Squid soup is low in calories.
It is necessary
- - 2 liters of water;
- - 3 carcasses of squid;
- - 1 large onion;
- - 4 medium potatoes;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- -1 bell pepper;
- - 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- - greens of dill, parsley;
- - salt to taste;
- - 300 g of wheat croutons.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the squid in salted water (no more than 3 minutes, otherwise they will become "rubbery"). Cool, peel if necessary, cut into thin strips. Put the potatoes, cut into thin strips, in the broth, cook for 20 minutes. Fry the finely chopped garlic in a hot skillet in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add onion half rings, chopped carrots, and diced peppers. Fry until golden brown.
Step 3
When the potatoes are boiled, add frying, herbs, squid, salt and spices to taste into the broth. Boil for another 1-2 minutes. Serve the soup hot with wheat croutons.
