Fritatta is an Italian omelet made with meat, sausage, vegetables and cheese fillings. Usually fritattas are cooked on the stove and then cooked in the oven until cooked. Neapolitan fritatta is made with pasta. We'll make the Italian omelet quickly, so we'll only use the stove top.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - little olive - 1 tablespoon;
- - pepper and salt to taste;
- - milk - 50 g;
- - Brussels sprouts frozen - 100 g;
- - chicken breast - 150 g;
- - fresh greens;
- - hard cheese - 50 g;
- - garlic - 1 clove;
- - onion - 1 piece;
- - eggs - 4 pcs.

Step 1
Rinse the greens, dry with a towel, then chop with a sharp knife. Cut the cheese into small pieces too.

Whisk milk and 4 eggs in a deep cup, add herbs, salt, grated cheese, spices to your taste. Stir and set aside for now.

Chop the onion and garlic, put in a hot skillet with butter. When the mass grasps a little, put the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces in advance, and fry until golden brown.
Step 4
After a while, add the Brussels sprouts inflorescences and simmer a little more over low heat.
Step 5
After browning the garlic, onion and meat, add cheese, herbs, milk and eggs to them. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook over low heat. Readiness is determined by the melted cheese.
Step 6
Decorate the dish with fresh vegetables and herbs. You can use it with milk or kefir.
