Step 1
Cut the bell peppers and chili peppers into small cubes.

Cook the cream and cream cheese over low heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove the cream cheese mixture from the heat and mix with the chopped peppers.

Dice the avocado, chop the arugula.
