Light and nutritious mushroom champignon soup. Its creamy and aromatic broth will not leave anyone indifferent. The dish is prepared very quickly and easily.

- 1 pack of fresh frozen mushrooms
- or 200 g fresh
- 1 medium onion
- 500 ml cream (10%)
- 250 ml. water
- 3 tablespoons flour
- rosemary
- and basil (to taste)
- salt
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the mushrooms immediately in a pan, adding a little vegetable oil and finely chopped onions after evaporating the water.
Step 2
If the mushrooms are fresh, chop not very finely and fry, adding finely chopped onions.
Step 3
Mix cream with water.
Put on fire and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add flour to the fried mushrooms and onions and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Then put mushrooms and onions in a saucepan with cream.
Step 6
Cook the soup for 10-15 minutes.
Step 7
Then add herbs to taste, salt and cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 8
The soup is ready. Serve with croutons or croutons.
