Homemade pies can cheer you up in any weather. For example, pear nut and chocolate pie has an interesting flavor and is quite easy to make.
It is necessary
-
- pears 4-5 pcs.
- almonds 100 g,
- butter 180 g,
- eggs 2 pcs.,
- sugar 140 g,
- flour 140 g,
- baking powder 1 tsp,
- bitter chocolate 50 g,
- lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.,
- honey - 2 tbsp. l.,
- vegetable oil for lubricating the mold.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash your pears. The tough peel must be cut off with a peeler. Take two of them (the ones that are larger than the rest) and cut them lengthwise with a sharp knife. Try to stick to a width of about two to three millimeters. Remove the rest of the fruits from the seeds and core, cut into cubes. Arrange all the pears on a plate.
Step 2
Take a lemon and squeeze about two to three tablespoons of juice out of it. Sprinkle the juice over the pears so that it covers them evenly. This action is necessary so that the pears do not darken during the preparation of the dough.
Step 3
Open the chocolate bar and break off exactly half. Break it into small pieces with your hands, place on a cutting board and chop with a knife. You should end up with a fairly large chocolate chip.
Step 4
Preheat a skillet and place the nuts on top of it. You don't need oil. If you don't have almonds, you can substitute them for, for example, walnuts or hazelnuts. Cook the nuts for five minutes, stirring constantly. Let them cool slightly, transfer to a blender and chop until flour.
Step 5
Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat. Better to use a fork or whisk - for this recipe, over-beating with a mixer will result in the wrong texture of the dough.
Step 6
Soften the butter at room temperature, break it into small pieces and add to the eggs. Using a whisk, stir until approximately homogeneous. Do not beat the dough, do not try to achieve perfect uniformity. Add nuts and stir.
Step 7
Sift the flour with baking powder and gradually add them to the dough. Mix everything thoroughly and add the pear cubes, then add the chocolate chips.
Step 8
Grease a springform baking dish with vegetable oil and lightly dust with flour. Place the dough in it and smooth the surface with a spatula. On top you need to overlap those pears that are cut into thin slices. Spread them out in a circle, trying to cover the entire surface of the cake.
Step 9
Preheat the oven to 160-180 degrees, put the cake there for sixty minutes. After an hour of cooking, check the cake with a toothpick. If it's not baked, turn the heat up a little and cook for another twenty minutes. Note that the finished cake will be moist but firm.
Step 10
Take out the finished cake and cover it with a towel. Let it brew for fifteen minutes. Take it out of the mold.
Step 11
Bring honey to a liquid state (for example, in a water bath). Spread it over the cake.
