Delicious yet healthy pie made from wheat and rye flour. The most important thing is that the pie is lean, although it turns out to be very satisfying. A frozen vegetable mixture is used for decoration.
It is necessary
- - 1 glass of wheat flour;
- - 1 glass of rye flour;
- - 1 glass of chickpeas;
- - 2 onions;
- - 150 ml of water;
- - 100 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - black pepper, salt, assorted vegetables for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the chickpeas in water overnight. Then boil it until tender - you can on the stove or in a pressure cooker, if there is one in the kitchen.
Step 2
Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into half rings and cut the garlic into thin slices. Put in a skillet with hot vegetable oil, pepper to taste. Fry until golden brown.
Step 3
Knead wheat and rye flour dough with water and oil. Salt the dough, knead it by hand - it shouldn't stick to your hands. The dough will be shiny.
Step 4
Place the fried onion and garlic in a blender bowl, salt and chop until smooth along with the boiled chickpeas. You will get the filling for our open pie on rye flour.
Step 5
Coat a baking dish with vegetable oil, put the dough in it, distribute it evenly over the surface. Spread the chickpea filling over the dough. Decorate the top of the pie with assorted vegetables, you can purchase a frozen vegetable mixture - it works well for this recipe, the pie will become much more nutritious.
Step 6
Put the dish in the oven, bake the open chickpea pie on rye flour at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. After baking, the finished cake can be served immediately or pre-cooled.
