First of all, you need to defrost the puff pastry if you bought a frozen convenience food. In the refrigerator, the dough will thaw for 10 hours, and on the table - 5. It is unacceptable to defrost puff pastry in the microwave or in some other accelerated way.

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured board.
