Pork is pork meat baked in a whole piece according to a special recipe. This dish is popular among lovers of tender, lean meat. It is very convenient to use boiled pork when preparing various salads.
Pork salad with apple
An easy and quick salad, in which the taste of boiled pork is combined with the freshness of an apple and the sharpness of pickled cucumbers. To prepare the salad you will need:
- boiled pork - 300 g;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- apple - 1 pc.;
- pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- green salad - 50 g;
- mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon;
- sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
- salt - to taste;
- black pepper - to taste.
For the preparation of the salad, you can take any boiled pork of your choice. The meat should be cut into thin strips and placed in a salad bowl. Pickled cucumbers should also be cut into long thin strips. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. To remove the onion bitterness, you can pour boiling water over the onion slices and leave for 20 minutes.
Add finely chopped lettuce to vegetables and meat. Grate the apple on a coarse grater, previously washed and peeled. This salad is dressed with a mixture of sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. It goes well with sandwiches, crisps and croutons.
Pork salad with beans
This salad (more satisfying than the previous one) will decorate any festive table. For cooking you will need:
- canned red beans - 200 g;
- canned white beans - 200 g;
- boiled pork - 300 g;
- red onion - 1 pc.;
- green onions - 50 g;
- cilantro - 50 g;
- pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- sugar - 1 tsp;
- balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon;
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
- salt - to taste;
- pepper - to taste.
First, peel the red onion and chop as thin as possible. In a separate bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil, pour the onion with the resulting mixture and set aside.
Open the cans of beans, drain the liquid, and transfer the beans to a large bowl or plate. Pork pork should be cut into thin strips or arbitrary slices. Cucumbers are also cut into strips. Green onions and cilantro are thoroughly washed and chopped randomly (not very coarse). Add boiled pork, herbs, cucumbers to the beans and mix. Add the onion to the salad along with the dressing and mix everything thoroughly again.
Salad with boiled pork, nuts and cauliflower
Very beautiful, original and delicious salad. You will need:
- boiled pork - 300 g;
- cauliflower - 300 g;
- champignons - 300 g;
- pitted olives - 1 tbsp.;
- walnuts - 4 tablespoons;
- sweet bell pepper - 2 pcs.;
- fresh dill - 50 g;
- salt - to taste;
- pepper - to taste;
- mayonnaise - to taste;
- vegetable oil - for frying.
First, boil the cauliflower until tender. It should be soft and juicy. The cabbage should be divided into florets and cut into small slices. Then you need to start cooking mushrooms: wash thoroughly, cut into thin slices and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Rinse the bell pepper, peel and cut into small thin slices. Rinse the dill thoroughly and chop finely. Pork pork should be cut into slices or thin strips.
In a salad bowl, mix cabbage, boiled pork, pepper, add mushrooms, dill and mix everything thoroughly. Sprinkle with walnuts, chopped olives, season with salt, pepper and stir again. Mayonnaise should be added just before serving.
