- ½ bell pepper (frozen);
- 40 g smoked sausage or meat;
- 20 g butter;
- 40 g of hard cheese;
- 2 tbsp. l. sour cream or cream;
- • 1 clove of garlic;
- • ½ tsp. sweet paprika;
- • yogurt or sour cream for serving dishes;
- • parsley greens;
- • sunflower oil.

- Then put the beans there and mix again.
- Turn on the oven and heat up to 200 degrees. Grease the form with sunflower oil.

- Meanwhile, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
- After 15-20 minutes, remove the potato cake from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and send it back to the oven for 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese layer.
- Remove the finished potato cake from the oven, cut into portions right in the frying pan, transfer to a plate, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve with adjika, homemade yogurt or sour cream.
