Ingredients:

  • 30 g beans;
  • 3 medium potatoes;
  • 1 egg;
  • ½ bell pepper (frozen);
  • 40 g smoked sausage or meat;
  • 20 g butter;
  • 40 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream or cream;
  • • 1 clove of garlic;
  • • ½ tsp. sweet paprika;
  • • yogurt or sour cream for serving dishes;
  • • parsley greens;
  • • sunflower oil.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the beans, add water and soak overnight. Rinse thoroughly in the morning, cover with clean water, boil until tender and discard in a colander.
  2. Peel the potatoes, boil until tender, cool slightly and put in a bowl. Then mash with a fork or crush, season with butter and sour cream (cream), mix. The finished potato mass should be thick enough.
  3. Drive the egg into a plate, beat well with a fork and pour into the potato mass.
  4. Gently remove the peel from the pepper, and finely chop the peeled pulp with a knife. Do the same with smoked meat or sausage. Add the chopped food to the potato mass, season with chopped garlic, salt and paprika, mix well until smooth.
  5. Then put the beans there and mix again.
  6. Turn on the oven and heat up to 200 degrees. Grease the form with sunflower oil.
  7. Put the potato mass in a mold, smooth it with a spoon and send it to the oven for 15-20 minutes. Note that the baking time depends on the characteristics of the oven, so you need to adjust it at your discretion.
  8. Meanwhile, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  9. After 15-20 minutes, remove the potato cake from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and send it back to the oven for 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese layer.
  10. Remove the finished potato cake from the oven, cut into portions right in the frying pan, transfer to a plate, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve with adjika, homemade yogurt or sour cream.
