Another great way to make potatoes is the Spanish tortilla! Very tasty, satisfying and unusual, I recommend not only to try it yourself, but also to treat your friends!
It is necessary
- For 8 servings:
- - 1 glass of green peas;
- - 700 g of potatoes;
- - 2 onions;
- - red chili;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 16 eggs;
- - 360 ml of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the potatoes into thin slices (prefer non-boiled varieties). Chop the onion into thin half rings. Combine vegetables in one bowl with 8 tbsp. oils and spices to taste.
Step 2
Heat the rest of the oil in a large skillet and add the prepared mixture. Cook over medium heat for about a quarter of an hour, making sure to stir. The finished potatoes are already soft, but keep their shape well! Remove skillet from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 3
At this time, cut the red pepper into small cubes and remove the seeds. Fry.
Step 4
Whisk eggs and spices to taste in a large bowl. Add green peas and chili peppers. Add the potatoes, combine all the ingredients and put back in the pan. Place it on medium heat and cook for about 3 minutes, covered with a lid.
Step 5
Cover skillet with serving platter and turn over. Now you can cut the dish into pieces and serve!
