Step 1
Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Fry the onion in butter until transparent. Then add minced meat to it, fry for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle rice into a frying pan and fill everything with a glass of hot water. We simmer everything together for 10-15 minutes. After that, salt and pepper everything and add your favorite spices. Mine and chop the greens finely. We send the greens to the pan, mix everything well, simmer for another three minutes and remove from the heat.
Step 2
We wash the zucchini, cut them across and clean out the pulp. You need to try to do this as carefully as possible so as not to damage the walls. After the pulp has been removed from the zucchini, fill them with the filling. Put the zucchini in a saucepan and fill it with water or broth so that it covers 3/4 of the zucchini. Simmer zucchini for 40 minutes under a closed lid.
Step 3
While the zucchini is stewing, prepare the sauce. To do this, mix the lemon juice with the egg, beat well, add a couple of tablespoons of broth from the pan. Then carefully pour all the sauce into the zucchini. Mix gently and remove from heat. The zucchini are ready.
