A cake is a sweet confection that, unlike a cake, is small in size and is designed for one serving. By the type of dough, the cake is divided into biscuit, shortbread, puff, custard, puffed and even almond. Not one cake is complete without delicious filling. There are a huge variety of cake recipes, and each of them can be easily prepared in your kitchen. The resulting homemade cake differs from the store one only in appearance, but often surpasses it in taste.

Step 1
First, prepare the filling for your cake. Take a can of condensed milk, put it in a pot of water and put it on fire. Wait for the water to boil. Then boil the condensed milk for three hours over very low heat.

Now break the eggs into a deep plate and add sugar to them. After that, mix everything well and beat lightly with a fork. Then put softened margarine, sour cream there and beat everything again, only this time use a mixer. Then add flour mixed with baking soda.
Step 3
Knead the dough. In its consistency, it should resemble thick sour cream. If the dough turns out to be thin, in this case add a little more flour. Put the finished dough in the refrigerator and leave it for thirty minutes to soak and cool.
Step 4
After the time has passed, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Then from the chilled dough, form into balls the size of a small apple. For each ball, pull out the top slightly in a cone shape.

Then place them on a greased baking sheet. As soon as you do this, immediately send the baking sheet to the oven and bake the cake for ten to fifteen minutes at a temperature of two hundred degrees.
Step 6
Remove the baked halves from the baking sheet and refrigerate. Make a depression in the center of each half and fill it with walnuts. Then brush them with condensed milk and glue them in pairs.
Step 7
For decoration, color your "peaches" with carrot and beet juice to make them look like real ones. Grate the raw carrots, squeeze out the juice and use a cloth to color the cake orange.

Then paint the barrels of "peaches", for this boil the beets, also grate them and put them in a gauze bag. Use this bag to apply the blush to your brownies.
