Ganache is a highly aromatic cream made from white or dark chocolate, butter and cream. It can be used as a filling or to decorate candies, cakes and other types of desserts.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 140 g flour;
- - 40 g of coconut flakes;
- - salt and soda on the tip of a knife;
- - 55-60 g of cane sugar;
- - 90 g melted butter.
- For ganache:
- - 170 g white chocolate without additives;
- - 60 ml heavy cream (35%);
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 80 ml of melted peanut butter;
- - 50 g toasted and chopped peanuts.
- Additionally (optional):
- - 85 g of melted dark chocolate for garnish.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Cover the form 20 by 20 cm with baking paper. In a bowl, mix flour, coconut, baking soda and salt. Add cane sugar. Pour in melted butter and knead a homogeneous dough. Distribute the dough evenly over the shape, lightly tamping it with your fingers. We send to the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
When the base is completely cool, prepare the ganache. In a saucepan over low heat, mix the cream, salt and chocolate pieces. When the chocolate is completely dissolved, remove the pan from the heat and pour the melted peanut butter into it. Add the peanuts and mix the cream thoroughly. We distribute it over the cake and put it in the refrigerator for 1, 5-2 hours.
Step 3
Beautifully cut the finished dessert into triangles, decorate with melted bitter chocolate if desired.
