The recipe for the peach cake is so simple that you can easily cook it yourself, and whenever you want, since the preparation does not require a lot of effort.

    • 4 eggs;
    • 6 tbsp Sahara;
    • 3 tbsp flour;
    • 3 tbsp starch;
    • 4 peaches, cut into wedges.
    • For the cream:
    • - 2 glasses of sour cream;
    • 2 cups sugar;
    • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Take four medium room temperature eggs. If you just got them out of the fridge, give them time to warm up. Add 6 tablespoons of sugar to the eggs. You can increase the amount of sugar if you like a crispy and shiny crust - in this case, add 9 tablespoons. Beat with a mixer on medium speed for 10 minutes. Then add 3 tablespoons of flour and 3 tablespoons of starch to act as a baking powder. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, but gently, because beaten eggs are afraid of sudden movements.

Step 2

After kneading the dough, leave it to "rest" for 5 minutes, and in the meantime, cover the bottom of the baking dish, well greased with any oil or fat, with pre-cooked and chopped peaches. After that, pour the dough into a mold and place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 3

After the cake is baked, remove the cake from the oven and let cool. While the cake is cooling, prepare a cream of sour cream: first pour the sour cream, then add sugar - first regular, and then vanilla. Beat with a mixer until the sour cream becomes thick.
