It is necessary

  • For eight servings:
  • - 1 liter of milk;
  • - 200 ml of coconut milk;
  • - 200 g pitted prunes;
  • - 100 g of coconut flakes;
  • - 1 can of condensed milk;
  • - 8 tbsp. spoons of starch;
  • - 1 cup of sugar;
  • - 2/3 glass of water.

Instructions

Step 1

Dissolve 8 tablespoons of starch in plain water, add condensed milk, coconut milk and shavings. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. It is not required to boil the mixture.

Step 2

Soak a mold with a hole (24 cm diameter) in cold water. When the mass begins to thicken, immediately pour it into a wet mold, cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours or until the soufflé becomes denser (this may take less time).

Step 3

Until then, you have enough time to prepare the prune syrup. Soak prunes in warm water until softened. Dissolve sugar in a little water over low heat, add prunes to this sweet syrup, cook for 10 minutes. During this time, never stir the mixture! The sauce should thicken, remove it from the stove, cool completely.

Step 4

Turn the contents of the form onto a serving platter. Pour the flavored syrup over the coconut Panna Cotta and garnish with whole prunes. Serve immediately as a dessert.
