Instructions

Step 1

Cut the cooking oil into cubes and place in a bowl to soften. Then sift flour and icing sugar there and grind everything into crumbs. Add yolk and milk until a soft dough is formed. Roll it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a 26 cm baking dish and spread the dough over it. Put the beans on top of the dough or chop it in several places with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
