Step 1
First, prepare the syrup. To do this, mix sugar and water in a saucepan, boil for 15-20 minutes.

Remove the prepared syrup from the stove, cool. You can put the pot in cold water. Sort the sorrel, wash, dry.

Put the syrup and sorrel in a blender bowl, grind until smooth. It is better to use a blender with a bowl, a submersible will not cope here.
Step 4
Add yogurt and lemon juice there to taste.

Mix everything. Put in an ice cream maker. If there is no ice cream maker, then put it in the freezer, take it out and stir every 30 minutes so that the ice crystals disappear.
