Another dessert recipe with a classic American ingredient - pecans!
It is necessary
- For 6 servings:
- - 55 g butter;
- - 50 g of dark chocolate;
- - 1 large egg;
- - 75 g of sugar;
- - 95 g flour;
- - 3/4 tsp baking powder;
- - vanilla pod;
- - 75 g pecans.
- For glaze:
- - 100 g milk chocolate;
- - 50 ml of milk;
- - 30 g butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a 10x15 cm mold: line it with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Coarsely chop the pecans with a knife.
Step 2
Break the bitter chocolate into pieces. Chop the butter into a medium dice. Place everything in a small refractory bowl and place in a water bath. Melt, stir until smooth, set aside from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 3
Beat eggs with a mixer with sugar until fluffy. Cut open the vanilla pod and pour half of the contents into the egg container. Stir again.
Step 4
Sift flour into a separate container with baking powder. Combine with the egg mixture in two stages, mixing thoroughly each time. Then add chocolate melted with butter and, at the very end, chopped pecans.
Step 5
Pour the dough into the prepared mold and send to the preheated oven for half an hour. Cool the crust completely at room temperature without removing it from the mold.
Step 6
In a water bath, dissolve the chopped milk chocolate, add milk and butter. Stir until smooth. Spread the glaze over the cooled base, garnish with nuts if desired and refrigerate until it hardens. Cut into portions before serving.
