Fried meat with mushrooms and cheese, with the right approach, can turn out to be very tasty. It doesn't take much time to prepare it. If you want to be known as a good cook, you can quickly prepare this dish for unexpected guests.
It is necessary
- - pepper - 0.5 tsp;
- - salt - 1 tsp;
- - breadcrumbs;
- - egg - 1 piece;
- - ketchup or tomato sauce - 3 tablespoons;
- - sour cream or mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;
- - cheese - 150 g;
- - fresh champignons - 500 g;
- - veal or pork pulp - 500 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat across the grain into pieces that are 5 mm thick. If you are using veal, then additionally it must be beaten off. You don't have to beat the pork.
Step 2
Shake salt, egg, pepper, and five tablespoons of water in a bowl. Dip each piece of meat into the resulting egg mixture. Next, fold all the pieces into a bowl, thickening a little.
Step 3
Leave the meat to marinate while cooking the mushrooms. Wash the mushrooms in water and cut them into thin slices. Heat a skillet with oil and fry the mushroom slices until golden brown.
Step 4
If you use cheese that has a bland taste, lightly salt the mushrooms. Remove the mushrooms, being careful to drain the oil thoroughly.
Step 5
Grate or thin cheese. Combine tomato sauce and mayonnaise in a cup. Dilute slightly too thick mass with water.
Step 6
Heat a skillet with unscented vegetable oil. Dip cuts of meat in breadcrumbs and sauté over medium heat until tender. Spend 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 7
Place pieces of fried meat in a baking dish in one layer. Put a layer of mushrooms on top, sprinkle them with grated cheese and cover with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. You can pour the mixture first, and then add the cheese.
Step 8
Place the skillet in the hot oven and bake until the cheese is melted. The dish can be served hot or cold.
