With a sandy base and a bright lemon filling, these buns are a breath of fresh air if you are tired of ordinary baked goods.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 50 g flour / c;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 25 g of sugar;
- - zest of half a lemon;
- - a pinch of salt.
- For filling:
- - 2 medium eggs;
- - 0.5 cups of sugar;
- - 0.5 tbsp. flour a / c;
- - 0.25 glasses of lemon juice;
- - zest of a quarter of a lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice. Remove the pulp from the squeezed lemons and grind in a blender. Mix it with juice.
Step 2
Grind all the ingredients for the dough into crumbs in a blender. Place in a dish lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Beat eggs with a mixer. Add lemon juice, sugar and lemon zest to them. Mix. Add a spoonful of flour and beat again.
Step 4
Remove the dough from the oven, pour the filling over it and return to the oven for 40 minutes. The stability of the filling will serve as a sign of readiness. Cool slightly and cut into portions. Cool completely on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Enjoy your tea!
