Instructions
Step 1
Baked pork with wine sauce is distinguished by a delicate, slightly spicy taste. Choose a piece of ham that is not too greasy. Wash the meat, dry it with napkins. Use a sharp knife to make several deep cuts in the pork skin. Brush the pork with oil and sprinkle with salt. Place a few sprigs of rosemary on the roasting rack, place the meat on top, place the rack on a baking sheet and send the structure to the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Step 2
Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. Make a deep girdle cut on each, and place the fruit in a fireproof mold. Half an hour before the meat is ready, pour the melted fat over the apples and place the dish in the bottom of the oven.
Step 3
Remove the pork from the baking sheet and transfer to a platter. Place the meat in a warm place. Remove excess fat from the gravy in the baking sheet. Pour the meat juice into a saucepan, add the wine and heat it until the liquid has evaporated by half. Pour in the broth and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the mixture into a gravy boat. Garnish the pork with baked apples, garnish with fresh rosemary. Serve with the sauce.
Step 4
Pork ham baked with apples in the English style is no less tasty. Remove skin and excess fat from meat, rinse and dry. Cut the pork into steaks, sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper and ground nutmeg. Peel the apples, remove the center and cut the fruit into circles.
Step 5
Place half of the pork steaks in a greased fireproof dish. Spread a layer of apples on top and sprinkle with sugar. Cover the apples with the remaining steaks and top with the wine. Spread small pieces of butter over the meat. Roll out a layer of ready-made puff pastry and cover the mold with it, flattening it in the form of a lid. Make a small hole in the middle, pinch the edges.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 180C. Place the dish on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake for about an hour - the crust should turn golden brown. Serve baked meat right in the pan, accompanied by well-chilled white wine.
